SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Extensive experience in film and digital photography, video, video-installation, sound art, eco-art, social practice,
“net.art” and hybrid forms that blend performance, mixed media construction, geocaching, podcasting, and activism. I have
curatorial experience and am an expert user of the Internet, including web site development and construction and navigating
virtual worlds such as Second Life. I am also an excellent writer.

Performed a variety of project management duties for the LSCR web team, including managing work flow, developing customer proposals
and work timelines, tracking multiple projects’ budgets, and leading a three-person team. Additional duties included assisting
customers with strategic planning vis-à-vis their web sites, user interviews and analysis, existing site analysis, and making
recommendations for integration of web site with other communication vehicles, as well as some visual design, information
architecture development, and coding.

graphic designers, writers, site hosts, etc. Current focus is on the intelligent and effective promotion of art, artists, and spaces that show art (galleries, alternative spaces, etc.)

- Developed strategy, prepared proposals, constructed web sites and performed a range of functions for internal clients desiring to use Web technology internally and externally. Assisted internal clients with creation of web site management plans. In some cases, also made outside vendor recommendations, managed those relationships, and served as a client advocate with vendors.
- Advocated for the Web within the organization; made internal and external presentations and led seminars on Web use. Topics ranged from high-level strategic rationale to hands-on "how to."
- Planned, wrote, and edited content for a variety of internal Web sites.
- Planned, managed, edited and wrote for many corporate internal newsletters and magazines targeting a variety of audiences.
- Worked with numerous multi-region teams and Program Office executives to create internal communications strategies on special topics and general business issues, provided general public relations consultation and planning for various functional areas and projects, and carried out assorted duties to assist program leaders in communicating using a variety of media including print, video, web and email. Worked closely with other communications professionals to integrate and coordinate internal and external communications.
